I had been putting off a root canal due to cost until the pain got too bad. They were able to get me in same day for an emergency visit and everyone I interacted with was amazing, kind and professional. Dr. Evans was so kind and patient and reassuring. Had to go back the next day for the root canal and I was very nervous. Dr. Zwalen was great. The procedure was almost painless (needles suck lol) and the assistant (Ally I think, she was training someone and I forgot her name so sorry) was great she made me feel at ease and talked and joked and was informative. It was just for a cleaning and I wanted to see, is it really a 5 star? I had been having some pain in my crown and needed it extracted after the cleaning + a filling done. The dentist was so good at the injections. Unbelievable. And didn’t make it so I was numb for days, just long enough. They have N20. Which I happily received. The dentist, hygienist and assistant were all informative. I’m so happy I found this office. The receptionist team was curious and friendly, the assistant was polite and cordial, while my Dr. was professional, sincere, likeable, and detailed.
